Explanation of IMEI Code

The International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) number is a unique 15-digit code used to identify an individual GSM mobile telephone. The number can be found on most mobiles by typing in *#06#. Explanation of PAC code

A Porting Authorisation Code (PAC) is required to allow the transfer of your mobile telephone number from one service provider to another. To get your PAC number, you should have asked your existing service provider at the time you cancelled your contract with them. If you didn't request a PAC code, or haven't yet cancelled your existing contract, you should contact your existing service provider and ask for the PAC number before continuing.
